Je zorgt voor een betrouwbare financiële administratie, biedt inzicht met rapportages en forecasts en adviseert het management bij belangrijke beslissingen. Daarnaast zie je kansen om processen slimmer en efficiënter in te richten, zodat onze organisatie financieel sterk blijft groeien. Jouw taken op een rij - Je verzorgt de complete financiële administratie; - Je stelt rapportages, budgetten en forecasts op; - Je verzorgt de belastingaangiften; - Je houdt de financiële processen in de gaten en signaleert afwijkingen; - Je denkt mee over hoe processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen; - Je adviseert het management met duidelijke financiële inzichten; - Je werkt samen met collega's aan een sterke en gezonde financiële organisatie. WIE BEN JIJ Jij bent nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en hebt een scherp oog voor cijfers. Je zorgt ervoor dat de financiële administratie altijd op orde is en denkt graag mee over hoe processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen. Daarnaast communiceer je makkelijk met collega's en weet je financiële informatie helder over te brengen. Verder heb je: - Hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een financiële richting; - Ervaring in een vergelijkbare financiële functie; - Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een proactieve werkhouding; - Affiniteit met de reis- en evenementenbranche is een pré; - Ervaring met financiële software en Microsoft Excel.
