Je helpt mee aan het uitbouwen van een datagedreven cultuur, het standaardiseren van maandelijkse rapportages en het vertalen van financiële data naar bruikbare inzichten voor de organisatie. Deze functie biedt een mooie uitdaging aan een dynamische financiële professional die graag impact maakt, verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en wil groeien binnen een internationale en snel veranderende omgeving.

Financieel management & rapportering

  • Meewerken aan een effectief intern controlesysteem voor de beveiliging en betrouwbaarheid van financiële en operationele informatie.
  • Ondersteunen van budgettering, forecasting, variantieanalyses en business planning, afgestemd op de organisatiedoelstellingen.
  • Bijdragen aan de voorbereiding van maandelijkse, kwartaal- en jaarrapportages.

Boekhouding & maandafsluiting

  • Ondersteunen bij de implementatie en opvolging van boekhoudkundige beleidsregels, processen en controles.
  • Relevante KPI’s opstellen en opvolgen in samenwerking met het afdelingshoofd in Lommel.
  • Meewerken aan de maandafsluiting, inclusief handmatige journaalposten en overlopende posten.
  • Controles opzetten en bewaken voor een actief voorraad- en materiaalbeheer binnen het ERP-systeem.
  • ERP-processen en informatiestromen analyseren en samen met de afdelingsverantwoordelijke verder lean en geautomatiseerd maken.

Reporting & controlling

  • Management voorzien van relevante informatie rond oninbare vorderingen.
  • Ondersteunen bij de opmaak van managementrapportages en de maandelijkse bedrijfsbeoordeling.
  • Het financiële team ondersteunen bij ad-hoc analyses, projecten en financiële vraagstukken.
  • Meewerken aan audits door de nodige documentatie voor te bereiden en vragen van auditors te beantwoorden.
  • Financiële gegevens bijhouden in BI-tools en resultaten consolideren ter voorbereiding van de maandelijkse bedrijfsbeoordeling.
  • Nieuwe interne controles ontwikkelen en implementeren in samenwerking met de afdelingsverantwoordelijke.
  • Prijsontwikkelingen opvolgen en hierover afstemmen met de inkoopafdeling.
  • Een afgeronde bachelor- of masteropleiding in een relevante richting.
  • Goede kennis van maandafsluitingsprocessen en vertrouwdheid met auditprocedures en -vereisten.
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving vormt een sterke troef, net als kennis van ERP-systemen (bij voorkeur SAP), Power BI en andere productiegerelateerde software.
  • Een uitgesproken hands-on mentaliteit en het vermogen om uitdagingen snel en efficiënt aan te pakken.
  • Sterk in het opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met verschillende stakeholders en klanten.
  • Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels, gecombineerd met sterk timemanagement en een analytische en probleemoplossende aanpak.
  • Flexibel en comfortabel met verandering binnen een productiesite die volop in ontwikkeling is.
  • Goed in het bewaken van strakke deadlines en het efficiënt beheren van verschillende taken en prioriteiten.
