Met een ambitieus team werken zij dagelijks aan hoogwaardige vastgoedprojecten waarbij kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en ontwikkeling centraal staan. Voor hun groeiende organisatie wij een Financial Controller. In deze functie draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor het bewaken, analyseren en rapporteren van de financiële gezondheid van de BRIX Real Estate Group en haar entiteiten binnen de kaders van financiële wet- en regelgeving. Met jouw expertise zorg je ervoor dat de organisatie altijd in control is en klaar staat voor de toekomst. Functie-informatie: Binnen Finance ligt de focus de komende periode op betrouwbaarheid, inzicht en optimalisatie. Daarom is BRIX op zoek naar een finance professional die niet alleen zorgt voor een solide administratie, maar ook actief bijdraagt aan betere rapportages, dashboards en processen. Als Financial controller draag je bij aan een volledige, tijdige en juiste administatie. Je zorgt met het team voor correcte maand-, kwartaal- en jaarcijfers. Je stelt jaarrekeningen en rapportages voor het management en andere stakeholders op. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het budgetteren, rapporteren en forecasten van diverse bouwprojecten en bespreek je deze met de budgethouders. Je werkt samen met het Finance team op meerdere voorkomende werkzaamheden. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten van interne controles, signaleert risico's en weet deze te beperken. Je zorgt voor efficiente, betrouwbare processen binnen het werkgebied. Daarnaast heb je geregeld contact met accountants tijdens diverse audits.
