Accounting A-Y

  • Verwerken en controleren van aankoop-, verkoop- en financiële verrichtingen. Opvolgen en reconciliëren van balans- en resultatenrekeningen. Opvolgen van openstaande leveranciers en balansposities. Uitvoeren van periodieke controles op de boekhoudkundige verwerking. Verwerken van investeringen, afschrijvingen en diverse boekingen. Opvolging van intercompany transacties en rekening-couranten. Voorbereiden van provisies en afsluitingsboekingen. Ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding van btw-aangiftes. Bewaken van de kwaliteit en correctheid van de financiële data.

Maandafsluiting

  • Actieve ondersteuning bij maandelijkse afsluitingen. Voorbereiden van afsluitingsdossiers. Analyseren en verklaren van afwijkingen ten opzichte van budget en voorgaande periodes. Ondersteuning bij controle van omzet-, kosten- en margerekeningen. Signaleren van risico's, fouten en optimalisatie-opportuniteiten.

Business Control Support

  • Voorbereiden van financiële rapporteringen voor de business controllers. Analyseren van omzet, productiviteit, marges en operationele KPI's van de verschillende carrosserievestigingen. Uitvoeren van ad hoc analyses op vraag van management en business controllers. Ondersteunen bij investeringsanalyses en rendabiliteitsberekeningen. Meewerken aan de verdere ontwikkeling van rapporteringstools en dashboards.

Ondersteuning van de Business

  • Financieel aanspreekpunt voor vestigingsverantwoordelijken. Opvolgen en verklaren van operationele afwijkingen. Ondersteunen bij de implementatie en naleving van financiële procedures. Actief meedenken over efficiëntieverbeteringen binnen de organisatie.

Procesoptimalisatie

  • Identificeren van verbeterpunten binnen accounting- en controllingprocessen. Bijdragen aan automatiserings- en digitaliseringsprojecten. Ondersteunen bij de harmonisatie van financiële processen binnen de verschillende vestigingen.
