Binnen een internationale IT‑omgeving waar financiële expertise, digitalisering en procesoptimalisatie centraal staan, neem je de leiding over de volledige Finance & Controlling‑functie voor meerdere entiteiten. De rol combineert strategisch financieel leiderschap, operationele aansturing, procesharmonisatie en transformatieprojecten.

De taken en verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Leiden van budgettering, forecasting en maand‑ en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Aanleveren van managementrapportering en diepgaande financiële analyses ter ondersteuning van besluitvorming.
  • Versterken van de financiële strategie en bijdragen aan rendabiliteitsverbetering binnen de betrokken entiteiten.
  • Standaardiseren en optimaliseren van financiële processen over verschillende locaties heen.
  • Initiëren en aansturen van verbeterprojecten rond performancesturing, koststandaarden, intercompanytransacties en rentabiliteit van diensten.
  • Bewaken van datakwaliteit, compliance en governance binnen het ERP‑systeem.
  • Toezien op facturatie, WIP‑opvolging, debiteurenbeheer en analytische boekhouding.
  • Ondersteunen van automatisatie‑initiatieven binnen Quote‑to‑Bill, Project Management en Services Management.
  • Samenwerken met IT voor ERP‑integraties, rapporteringstools en voorbereiding van toekomstige systeemmigraties.
  • Verbeteren van de IT‑omgeving door automatisatie binnen Sales‑ en Services‑organisaties.
  • Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van het lokale Finance & Controlling‑team.
  • Versterken van samenwerking via duidelijke rolverdeling en transversale verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Adviseren van managers bij het sturen van financiële prestaties.
  • Optreden als centraal aanspreekpunt voor management, Group Finance, auditors en businessverantwoordelijken.
  • Bewaken van KPI’s zoals rapporteringskwaliteit, budgetnauwkeurigheid, facturatiebetrouwbaarheid, WIP‑opvolging, auditresultaten, procesperformantie en stakeholdertevredenheid.
  • Meer dan tien jaar ervaring in financiële leidinggevende functies, controlling of financiële operaties.
  • Grondige kennis van finance en controlling binnen een Zwitserse context.
  • Sterke ERP‑expertise, bij voorkeur Navision of Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in transformatieprojecten en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Vlotte beheersing van het Frans, een zeer goed niveau Duits en professionele kennis van het Engels.
  • Sterke businesspartner‑mentaliteit en analytische ingesteldheid.
  • Datagedreven aanpak en vermogen om complexe financiële thema’s helder te structureren.
  • Uitgesproken leiderschap en ervaring in change management.
  • Hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en eigenaarschap.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht.
