In het kort.. 32 - 40 uur 's-Hertogenbosch Voor onze afdeling Finance in 's-Hertogenbosch zijn we op zoek naar een Finance Coördinator die zorgt voor een betrouwbare financiële administratie en actief meedenkt over procesverbetering. Finance bij Holla De afdeling Finance beheert de financiële huishouding van Holla Legal & Tax. Dit omvat het opstellen van financiële rapportages en jaarrekeningen, het beheren van de financiële administratie, de inkomende facturen, de uitgaande declaraties en het debiteurenbeheer. Het doel: een gezonde financiële basis waarborgen en waar mogelijk optimaliseren, zodat Holla op korte en lange termijn succesvol kan blijven opereren. Dit ga je doen Als Finance Coördinator rapporteer je aan de Manager Finance en ben je binnen je vakgebied dé specialist die overzicht houdt en praktische vraagstukken oplost. Je werkzaamheden zijn breed en gevarieerd: • Financiële administratie - je voert administratieve en ondersteunende werkzaamheden uit voor de financiële administratie en gerelateerde processen, waaronder inkoop, betalingsverkeer, urenregistratie, derdengelden en applicatiefunctionaliteit. • Debiteuren - je beheert openstaande vorderingen, volgt betalingen op en zorgt voor tijdige incasso om de cashflow te optimaliseren. • Crediteuren - je verwerkt inkoopfacturen, bewaakt betalingen aan leveranciers en zorgt voor een correcte financiële afhandeling van verplichtingen. • Dossier- en declaratiebeheer - je beheert zorgvuldig volledige en juiste cliëntgegevens en dossiers, en verwerkt declaraties volgens de interne richtlijnen en financiële procedures. • Rapportages - je stelt periodiek diverse rapportages op voor interne en externe doeleinden.
