The posting

  • Sturen en optimaliseren van het financieel beleid binnen de organisatie, met oog voor efficiëntie en transparantie
  • Opvolgen van administratieve processen, payroll en sociale wetgeving
  • Bewaken van het budget en actief inzetten op een optimale bezetting van bewoners en medewerkers
  • Signaleren en maximaal benutten van subsidiemogelijkheden (o.a. zorgfinanciering, premies en extra legale voordelen)
  • Aansturen, coachen en inspireren van een administratief team van vijf collega’s
  • Rapporteren aan de algemene directie en samenwerken met interne managers
  • Actief deelnemen aan vernieuwingsprojecten in samenspraak met directie en andere locaties binnen de groep
  • Zorg dragen voor klantvriendelijke, kwalitatieve administratie naar bewoners en medewerkers

Must haves:

  • Bachelor (of hoger) in financieel-administratieve richting
  • Aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen de zorgsector
  • Analytisch inzicht en sterke affiniteit met cijfers
  • Goede kennis van sociale wetgeving, loonverwerking en rapportering
  • Sterke communicatieve skills en een verbindende, coachende stijl van aansturen
  • Organisatorisch sterkt, planmatig en oog voor details
  • Teamplayer die beleidsmatig kan denken en snel schakelt tussen strategie en dagelijkse werking

Nice-to-haves:

  • Kennis van ouderenzorg en actuele wetgeving in deze sector
  • Ervaring met projectmatig werken of procesoptimalisatie in administraties
  • Vertrouwdheid met rapporterings-tools en digitale processen
  • Sterk netwerk in zorgsector of interesse om verder uit te bouwen
  • Innovatief, ondernemend, bereid om nieuwe inzichten te delen en te implementeren
