Finance Director De organisatie Deciso is een Nederlandse technologieorganisatie die hard- en software ontwikkelt voor netwerkbeveiliging. Vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Middelharnis bouwt het bedrijf aan OPNsense: een wereldwijd gebruikt open-source firewall- en securityplatform waarmee organisaties hun digitale infrastructuur veilig, stabiel en beheersbaar houden. Door de unieke combinatie van zelfontwikkelde software en eigen hardware heeft Deciso volledige controle over kwaliteit, prestaties en security. De oplossingen worden wereldwijd toegepast door bedrijven, overheden, datacenters en IT-dienstverleners die hoge eisen stellen aan cybersecurity en netwerkcontinuïteit. Deciso werd in 2000 opgericht en heeft zich ontwikkeld tot een internationaal opererende speler binnen de cybersecuritymarkt. Met de toetreding van Nordian als meerderheidsaandeelhouder is een nieuwe groeifase gestart, waarin de organisatie inzet op verdere internationale expansie, versnelling van productontwikkeling en de uitbouw van het partnernetwerk. Ondanks deze internationale ambitie heeft Deciso het karakter behouden van een compacte, ondernemende technologieorganisatie met korte lijnen, veel eigenaarschap en een sterke focus op innovatie en technische kwaliteit. Het functieprofiel De organisatie is klaar voor de volgende fase van groei en zoekt daarom haar eerste Finance Director. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CEO, bent lid van het managementteam en bent de financiële sparringpartner voor de directie, aandeelhouder, banken en externe accountant. Tegelijkertijd krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid om Finance verder te professionaliseren en uit te bouwen tot een moderne, sturende functie binnen de organisatie. Je ontwikkelt de financiële sturing van de organisatie door structuur, voorspelbaarheid en betrouwbare managementinformatie te creëren.
