Als Finance Enterprise Partner versterk je het financeteam van een internationale organisatie binnen de diagnostiek en gezondheidszorg. Je combineert financiële expertise met commercieel inzicht om strategische initiatieven te ondersteunen en waarde te creëren voor de organisatie en haar klanten.

Je bent een financiële sparringpartner voor de business en werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders en klanten. Van commerciële strategie en contractonderhandelingen tot middelenverdeling en prestatieopvolging: je helpt financiële inzichten te vertalen naar onderbouwde beslissingen en duurzame resultaten.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Fungeren als strategische financiële businesspartner.
  • Inzetten van financiële expertise om projecten en strategische initiatieven vooruit te helpen.
  • Samenwerken met de business gedurende het volledige klanttraject.
  • Opvolgen van financiële en commerciële prestaties.
  • Bijdragen aan commerciële strategieën.
  • Ondersteunen van de ontwikkeling van nieuwe businessmodellen.
  • Onderbouwen van beslissingen over de verdeling van middelen.
  • Mee bewaken van de realisatie van financiële doelstellingen.
  • Ondersteunen bij de implementatie van contracten.
  • Bijdragen aan commerciële onderhandelingen.
  • Identificeren van mogelijkheden om de winst-en-verliesrekening te verbeteren.
  • Bewaken van de financiële duurzaamheid van commerciële overeenkomsten.
  • Opvolgen van markttrends en vertalen van ontwikkelingen naar relevante inzichten.
  • Opbouwen van een netwerk binnen de organisatie.
  • Delen van goede praktijken en samen met stakeholders uitwerken van oplossingen.
  • Onderhouden van nauwe contacten met klanten om bij te dragen aan hun klanttraject.
  • Een universitair diploma in bedrijfskunde, finance of economie vormt je opleidingsbasis.
  • Minstens vijf jaar ervaring in financiële functies is vereist.
  • Ervaring binnen diagnostiek of gezondheidszorg vormt een pluspunt.
  • Een goede mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van het Engels is noodzakelijk.
  • Kennis van het Nederlands of Frans biedt een meerwaarde.
  • Ervaring met SAP is een troef.
  • Financiële expertise combineer je met een goed inzicht in de business.
  • Een ondernemende, proactieve en klantgerichte instelling kenmerkt je aanpak.
  • Digitale toepassingen en data zet je doelgericht in om beslissingen te ondersteunen.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden helpen je om complexe informatie te vertalen naar bruikbare inzichten.
  • Je beschikt over overtuigende onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
  • Presenteren met impact en helder communiceren gaan je goed af.
  • Interne en externe partners weet je te betrekken bij gezamenlijke doelstellingen.
  • Binnen een complexe omgeving met uiteenlopende stakeholders behoud je het overzicht en werk je doeltreffend.
  • Een commerciële ingesteldheid en interesse in gezondheidszorg sluiten aan bij deze functie.
