Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Finance & HR Administrator

  • Verwerken, inboeken en controleren van aankoopfacturen, creditnota's en diverse financiële verrichtingen, alsook het opvolgen van leveranciers- en klantenrekeningen.
  • Voorbereiden van betalingsopdrachten via bankplatformen en het actief opvolgen van openstaande klantenfacturen (debiteurenbeheer), gecombineerd met de kredietverzekering.
  • Opvolgen van de tijdsregistraties, verloven en afwezigheden, en het doorgeven van deze correcte gegevens aan het sociaal secretariaat voor een feilloze loonverwerking.
  • Administratief opvolgen van personeelsdossiers, onderhouden van contacten met interimkantoren en het regelen van praktische zaken zoals werkkledij.
  • Bieden van algemene administratieve ondersteuning aan het management en collega's, waaronder het verwerken van documenten om de efficiënte werking van de organisatie te garanderen.

  • Je beschikt over een relevant bachelordiploma of graduaat (bv. Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, Accounting Administration, Office Management) of je hebt minstens vijf jaar gelijkwaardige ervaring, aangevuld met een goede kennis van IT-tools zoals Excel en Outlook (kennis van SAP is een pluspunt).
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, voelt je goed in een rol met diverse contacten en beschikt over een goede kennis van zowel het Nederlands als het Frans.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als discreet, zelfstandig en georganiseerd; je neemt proactief initiatief, denkt graag mee en hecht veel belang aan een nauwkeurige administratie.
