Administratief Medewerker | Finance, HR & Projecten

Ben jij administratief sterk, hou je van afwisseling en heb je interesse in cijfers? Voor een stabiel en groeiend familiaal bedrijf zoeken we een veelzijdige administratieve kracht die graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.

In deze functie ben je een belangrijke spil binnen de organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met de bedrijfsleiding en krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket waarin finance, HR, administratie en projecten samenkomen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Finance en administratie

Finance vormt het grootste onderdeel van je functie. Je staat onder andere in voor het inboeken en opvolgen van facturen, betalingen en financiële administratie. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij rapporteringen en werk je nauw samen met het externe boekhoudkantoor.

  • HR en personeel

Je ondersteunt de personeelsadministratie en helpt bij onder andere contracten, uurregistraties en vakantieplanning. Door jouw centrale rol binnen het bedrijf ben je bovendien een vertrouwenspersoon voor medewerkers en een klankbord voor de bedrijfsleiding.

  • Onthaal en dagelijkse werking

Samen met een collega verzorg je het onthaal en ben je een aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en medewerkers. Je volgt de telefonie en mailbox op en zorgt ervoor dat ook de dagelijkse praktische administratie vlot verloopt.

  • Projecten en verbetering

Je krijgt de ruimte om mee te denken en initiatief te nemen. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan verdere digitalisatie of het uitwerken van nieuwe analyses en processen.

Kortom: een brede functie waarin geen enkele dag hetzelfde is!

Wie zoeken we?

Je bent iemand die graag verschillende verantwoordelijkheden combineert en energie krijgt van een gevarieerde job.

Daarnaast:

  • Heb je interesse in cijfers en financiële administratie.
