Je nieuwe werkomgeving

Voor een groeiende voedingsbedrijf zoeken we een Finance & HR Support medewerker in regio Pittem. Je komt terecht in een dynamische, familiaal bedrijf waar cijfers centraal staan en resultaat telt. In deze rol ben je de verbindende schakel tussen HR, payroll en Finance. Dit is geen afgebakend HR-hokje: je bouwt iets op van nul, met directe lijn naar de directie en weinig lagen. Je impact is zichtbaar van dag één.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Opvolgen en analyseren van personeelskosten en HR-gerelateerde financiële gegevens
  • Controleren van loonboekingen en de aansluiting tussen payroll, HR-systemen en de boekhouding
  • Reconciliëren van personeelsgerelateerde balansrekeningen, waaronder openstaande loonbedragen
  • Analyseren en verklaren van verschillen en afwijkingen in personeelskosten
  • Opstellen van financiële HR-rapporteringen rond personeelskosten, budgetten en evoluties
  • Ondersteunen van de CFO met correcte en betrouwbare personeelsgerelateerde financiële informatie
  • Bewaken van correcte datadoorstroming tussen HR, payroll, Galantis en Finance
  • Meedenken over controles, rapporteringen en processen die betrouwbaarheid verhogen
  • Professionaliseren van HR-processen en administratie
  • Ondersteunen bij voorbereiding en administratieve opvolging van de sociale verkiezingen

Wat breng je mee?

  • Bachelor in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, Finance, Bedrijfsmanagement of gelijkwaardige financiële opleiding (of relevant niveau opgebouwd door ervaring)
  • Goede boekhoudkundige basis, met kennis van loonboekingen en personeelsgerelateerde balansrekeningen
  • Analytisch en cijfermatig sterk: je wilt begrijpen wat achter de cijfers zit, niet alleen verwerken
  • Ervaring met reconciliaties en financiële aansluitingen – je gaat actief op zoek naar oorzaken van verschillen
  • Vlotte hantering van Excel en dataverwerking
  • Ervaring met payrollboekhouding, personeelskosten of HR-controlling is een sterke troef
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken met reflex om afwijkingen zelfstandig te signaleren
  • Discreet en integer omgaan met vertrouwelijke loon-, personeels- en financiële gegevens
  • Interesse in de combinatie van Finance en HR, bereid je in HR-processen te verdiepen
  • Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt gezien samenwerking met onze vestiging in Athies
