Voor een gevestigde onderneming in de industriële sector zoeken we, wegens een dringende personeelsbehoefte, een FINANCE / HR OFFICER die zowel de financiële administratie als een deel van de personeelsadministratie voor zijn of haar rekening neemt.

De organisatie is actief in een technische en industriële B2B-omgeving en staat bekend om haar praktische aanpak en professionele werking. Om de interne ondersteuning verder te versterken, zoeken we iemand met de juiste drive, verantwoordelijkheidszin en zin voor initiatief

Jouw functie als FINANCE / HR OFFICER:

In deze veelzijdige rol combineer je financiële administratie met een aantal taken binnen het personeelsbeleid.

Finance & administratie

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse financiële administratie en volgt de bijbehorende dossiers nauwgezet op.
  • Je verwerkt en controleert financiële gegevens en documenten.
  • Je bewaakt deadlines en zorgt ervoor dat administratieve processen correct en tijdig worden afgerond.
  • Je ondersteunt de financiële werking en denkt mee over een vlotte organisatie van de administratie.
  • Je maakt je de bestaande financiële software eigen en bereidt je mee voor op de geplande overgang naar SAP.

Personeelsadministratie & HR

  • Je ondersteunt de personeelsadministratie en volgt personeelsgerelateerde dossiers op.
  • Je helpt mee bij de administratieve opvolging van personeelsgegevens en documenten.
  • Je draagt bij aan een correcte en gestructureerde uitvoering van de HR-processen.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning bij uiteenlopende vragen en administratieve taken rond het personeel.
  • De precieze verdeling tussen finance en HR kan mee evolueren naargelang jouw ervaring en de noden van de organisatie.

We staan open voor zowel een junior, medior als senior profiel. Je motivatie, verantwoordelijkheidszin en de manier waarop je je werk organiseert, zijn minstens even belangrijk als je aantal jaren ervaring.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt ervaring met financiële administratie, boekhouding en/of personeelsadministratie, of je beschikt over een relevante opleiding.
  • Kennis van SAP is een absolute must. Je kunt met SAP werken en bent klaar om dit verder toe te passen in een omgeving die binnenkort naar dit systeem overschakelt.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands én Frans.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig.
  • Je neemt initiatief, stelt prioriteiten en respecteert deadlines.
  • Je bent iemand die dossiers niet laat liggen, maar ze actief opvolgt en correct afrondt.
  • Je hebt een positieve werkattitude en bent gemotiveerd om mee te bouwen aan een efficiënte interne werking.
