Ben jij een nauwkeurige organisator met een passie voor HR én finance? Werk je graag zelfstandig, neem je verantwoordelijkheid en ben jij de administratieve spil die een organisatie doet draaien? Dan ben jij de HR & Finance Officer die wij zoeken.

Jouw rol

Als HR & Finance Officer ondersteun je de bestuurders in de dagelijkse werking. Je zorgt ervoor dat HR-processen en financiële administratie correct, tijdig en efficiënt verlopen. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid, initiatief en organisatorisch talent blijven onze interne processen professioneel en gestructureerd.

Jouw takenpakketHR-administratie

  • Personeelsadministratie & loonverwerking beheren
  • Aanwerving en selectie ondersteunen
  • Onboarding- en offboardingtrajecten organiseren
  • Functiebeschrijvingen opstellen en up-to-date houden
  • Contact onderhouden met uitzendkantoren, sociaal secretariaat en HR-partners
  • Administratieve opvolging van arbeidsongevallen
  • Interne communicatie en nieuwsbrieven opmaken en versturen
  • Opleidingsnoden detecteren en opleidingen praktisch organiseren
  • Integratie van nieuwe medewerkers bevorderen

Finance & boekhouding

  • Aankoop- en verkoopfacturen verwerken
  • Financiële documenten opvolgen
  • Debiteuren- en crediteurenbeheer
  • Betalingen voorbereiden en uitvoeren
  • Ondersteuning bij btw-aangiften en jaarafsluitingen
  • Nauwe samenwerking met het externe boekhoudkantoor

Algemene administratie

  • Onthaal & telefonie (back-up)
  • Postverwerking & kantoormateriaalbeheer (back-up)
  • Planning & organisatie ondersteunen (back-up)
  • Administratief beheer van het wagenpark
  • Bachelor in Boekhouding, Accountancy of gelijkwaardig
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring
  • Zeer goede kennis van MS Office
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen & oog voor detail
  • Zelfstandig, oplossingsgericht en proactief
  • Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en prioriteiten kunnen stellen
