The posting

Als Finance & HR Support neem je een centrale plaats in tussen HR, payroll en Finance. Je zorgt er dagelijks voor dat alle personeelsgerelateerde financiële gegevens correct verwerkt, gecontroleerd en gerapporteerd worden. Dit doe je samen met de CFO, die je ondersteunt bij de opvolging en analyse van personeelskosten, loonboekingen en balansrekeningen.

Een gemiddelde werkdag bestaat uit het opvolgen en analyseren van personeelskosten, het controleren van loonboekingen en het maken van aansluitingen tussen payroll, HR-systemen en boekhouding. Je reconcilieert personeelsgerelateerde balansrekeningen, analyseert verschillen en verklaart afwijkingen. Ook stel je diverse HR-rapporteringen op en werk je actief mee aan projecten zoals de voorbereiding van sociale verkiezingen. Je denkt mee over procesverbeteringen en draagt zo bij aan een efficiëntere werking.

  • Bachelor in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, Finance, Bedrijfsmanagement of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Goede basiskennis boekhouding en loonboekingen
  • Analytisch en cijfermatig sterk
  • Sterke kennis van Excel
  • Ervaring met payrollboekhouding of HR-controlling is een plus
  • Discreet, integer en nauwkeurig in omgang met vertrouwelijke data
  • Interesse in Finance én HR-processen
  • Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en kan goed samenwerken
  • Nauwkeurigheid en discretie zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend
