International, innovativ, wegweisend: Wir bei BRP-Rotax sind Teil des globale... 1 Finance Improvement Projects Leader (w/m/d) Ihr neues Abenteuer * Als Finance Improvement Project Leader übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung und kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Finance-Organisation von BRP-Rotax. Als wichtiger Partner der Bereiche General Accounting, des European Finance Shared Service Center (EFSSC) sowie des Controllings treiben Sie Initiativen zur Steigerung der operativen Exzellenz, Prozesseffizienz und digitalen Transformation innerhalb der Finanzfunktion voran. * Unterstützung bei der Koordination, Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von softwarebezogenen Projekten in den Bereichen General Accounting, EFSSC und Controlling sowie in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen außerhalb des Finanzbereichs. * Erstellung von Business Cases sowie Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Finance Leadership Team. * Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Benchmarking-Studien im Zusammenhang mit Softwarelösungen. * Umsetzung von SAP FI/CO-Projekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Finance IT Coordinator. * Optimierung von Finanzprozessen durch Automatisierungs- und Programmierungsinitiativen. * Analyse und Neugestaltung von Geschäftsprozessen, beispielsweise im Bereich CAPEX-Planung und -Reporting, digitales Anlagevermögensmanagement sowie Reisekostenmanagement.

Ihre Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten * Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- und Masterstudium mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Accounting, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet. * Mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Finanzfunktion. * Erfahrung im Projektmanagement ist von Vorteil. * Fundierte technische Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Finanzsystemen und -tools, insbesondere SAP FI/CO und Microsoft Excel. * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. * Hohe Eigeninitiative, Umsetzungsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, Herausforderungen mit Entschlossenheit und einem lösungsorientierten Ansatz zu meistern. * Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, eine proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Struktur und Organisation. * Fähigkeit, vertrauensvolle und nachhaltige Beziehungen zu internen und externen Geschäftspartnern aufzubauen und zu pflegen. * Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, erfolgreich mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten.
