Onze klant in de regio Retie is een groeiende onderneming met verschillende vennootschappen en een sterke focus op verdere professionalisering. Om hun finance team tijdelijk te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Finance Integration Manager op freelance basis.

In deze opdracht combineer je een hands-on financefunctie met het optimaliseren van processen en financiële data. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de voorbereiding van de implementatie van een nieuw ERP-systeem. Een mooie opportuniteit voor een freelancer die graag operationeel meewerkt, maar tegelijk ook kritisch kijkt naar hoe zaken efficiënter en slimmer kunnen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je verwerkt aankoop- en verkoopfacturen en staat in voor een correcte en tijdige facturatie.
  • Je volgt debiteuren op en draagt bij aan een efficiënt debiteuren- en aanmaningsproces.
  • Je verwerkt financiële en administratieve gegevens en bewaakt hierbij de kwaliteit en volledigheid van de data.
  • Je ondersteunt bij diverse boekhoudkundige werkzaamheden en springt operationeel bij waar nodig.
  • Je brengt bestaande financeprocessen in kaart en identificeert mogelijke verbeterpunten en efficiëntiewinsten.
  • Je analyseert financiële data en detecteert inconsistenties, fouten en knelpunten.
  • Je ondersteunt de voorbereiding van financeprocessen en data met het oog op de implementatie van een nieuw ERP-systeem (D365).
  • Je denkt mee over praktische oplossingen en helpt verbeteringen ook effectief implementeren.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een financiële richting.
  • Je hebt een stevige boekhoudkundige kennis en kunt snel zelfstandig operationeel meedraaien.
  • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en sterk met financiële data.
  • Je kijkt kritisch naar bestaande processen en denkt steeds in functie van verbetering en efficiëntie.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en behoudt het overzicht over verschillende dossiers.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen of ERP-implementaties is een sterke troef.
  • Kennis van Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
