The posting

Als Finance Manager neem je de verantwoordelijkheid over de volledige financiële administratie van de Belgische entiteit. Je combineert operationele taken met financiële analyses en denkt actief mee over de verdere optimalisatie van de organisatie.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de dagelijkse boekhouding van A tot Z.
  • Zelf verwerken van boekhoudkundige verrichtingen, leveranciersbeheer en financiële transacties.
  • Opstellen en indienen van btw-aangiftes en andere fiscale verplichtingen.
  • Verzorgen van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Opmaken van financiële rapporteringen, budgetten en forecasts.
  • Analyseren van financiële resultaten en formuleren van verbetervoorstellen.
  • Fungeren als financieel aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de Franse vestiging en de internationale finance-afdeling.
  • Actief meewerken aan de verdere digitalisering en optimalisatie van financiële processen.
  • Rapporteren aan het management.

Je bent een hands-on Finance Manager die graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en zich thuis voelt binnen een ondernemende KMO-omgeving.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in onderstaande punten:

  • Bachelor of master binnen een financiële richting.
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring binnen een financiële functie in een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring als Finance Manager, Senior Accountant of vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je werkt graag operationeel mee en combineert strategisch inzicht met een praktische aanpak.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch vermogen en een logisch redeneervermogen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Dynamics 365 (AX) of leert nieuwe ERP-systemen bijzonder snel aan.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Frans zodat je nauw kan samenwerken met de collega's in Frankrijk.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en neemt ownership over jouw dossiers.
  • Je voelt je thuis binnen een KMO waar initiatief, flexibiliteit en betrokkenheid belangrijk zijn.
