Als finance manager neem je het financiële stuur stevig in handen en word je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor directie, aandeelhouders en interne stakeholders. Tegelijk krijg je een sleutelrol in de verdere digitalisering van finance via tools zoals Business Central, Power BI en moderne data-oplossingen.

Finance manager - Functieomschrijving:

  • Je neemt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor budgettering, forecasting, afsluitingen, rapportering en controlling, en vertaalt financiële inzichten naar onderbouwde aanbevelingen voor directie en bestuur.
  • Je leidt en ontwikkelt het finance team (2 boekhouders en 2 controllers), bewaakt de kwaliteit van analyses en rapporteringen en fungeert als financieel aanspreekpunt voor aandeelhouders, auditors en sociale overlegorganen.
  • Je versnelt de digitalisering van finance door processen verder te automatiseren, data beter ontsluitbaar te maken en rapporteringsstructuren naar een hoger volwassenheidsniveau te brengen.

Finance Manager - Profiel:

  • Je brengt een stevige finance leadership achtergrond mee als Finance Manager, Finance Director of in een vergelijkbare eindverantwoordelijke rol, met sterke expertise in controlling, forecasting en business partnering.
  • Je combineert people management met een hands-on mentaliteit en beweegt je vlot tussen operationele dossiers, strategische discussies en contacten met directie of aandeelhouders.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met procesverbetering en digitalisering. Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, kennis van Business Central, Power BI of Private Equity-contexten vormt een belangrijke meerwaarde/pluspunt.
