Hoofdkantoor Finance Manager Bij FITZ zijn we op zoek naar een Finance Manager die verder kijkt dan cijfers alleen. Iemand die zorgt voor een solide financiële basis, leiding geeft aan een sterk team én een belangrijke rol speelt in de verdere groei en professionalisering van onze organisatie. In deze functie rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de CFO en geef je leiding aan de afdelingen Financial Control en Sales Support, samen goed voor ongeveer 12 medewerkers. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal laten functioneren van deze teams en zorgt ervoor dat financiële processen, rapportages, projectadministratie, contractbeheer, facturatie en debiteurenbeheer efficiënt, betrouwbaar en toekomstbestendig zijn ingericht. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen strategie en operatie. Je bent in staat om op directieniveau mee te denken over de financiële koers van de organisatie, terwijl je tegelijkertijd oog houdt voor wat er dagelijks nodig is om de organisatie soepel te laten draaien. Daarbij zie je continu kansen om processen te verbeteren, verder te digitaliseren en slim gebruik te maken van nieuwe technologieën en AI-toepassingen. Als Finance Manager ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor de CFO, het management en andere stakeholders binnen FITZ. Je vertaalt financiële inzichten naar heldere adviezen, brengt mensen in beweging en levert een zichtbare bijdrage aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie. Daarnaast werk je samen met de twee Business Controllers.
