The posting

In een financieel gezonde en ondernemende omgeving neem je een centrale rol op binnen de financiële afdeling. Je stuurt meerdere entiteiten aan, leidt een gemotiveerd team en zorgt voor een correcte, tijdige en kwalitatieve financiële rapportering. Het takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • Aansturen van alle financiële en boekhoudkundige activiteiten voor verschillende businessunits.
  • Leiden van een team bestaande uit accountants, credit controllers en een receptioniste.
  • Opstellen van maand- en jaarrapporteringen, inclusief consolidatie en verplichte aangiftes zoals btw, Intrastat, Recytyre en Recybat.
  • Beheren van de volledige boekhouding volgens BE GAAP voor drie operationele entiteiten en de holding.
  • Voorbereiden van financiële analyses en rapporten voor businessunits en de raad van bestuur.
  • Organiseren van interne en externe audits en voorbereiden van jaarbudgetten.
  • Dagelijks thesauriebeheer en opstellen van maandelijkse liquiditeitsprognoses.
  • Verbeteren van financiële processen en procedures.
  • Samenwerken aan bedrijfsoverkoepelende projecten met andere financecollega’s.
  • Positief aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van teamleden.
  • Masterdiploma in een economische richting.
  • Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in de boekhouding van een grote kmo, met kennis van btw‑aangiftes en afsluitingen.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Sterke kennis van MS Office; ervaring met MS Dynamics 365 Business Central is een pluspunt.
  • Hands‑on mentaliteit, initiatiefnemer en teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken.
  • Precisie, correctheid en ordelijkheid in alle financiële processen.
