Finance Manager | Tot €100.000 Bruto Per Jaar + Wagen | Internationale SaaS

Voor een snelgroeiende SaaS-organisatie in de regio Gent zoeken we een Finance Manager die samen met de CFO de financiële werking verder uitbouwt. Je combineert operationele verantwoordelijkheid met business partnering en ondersteunt de Europese groei. Vanaf de start neem je de financiële opvolging van entiteiten in België en Frankrijk op.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je neemt de maandafsluitingen, managementrapportering, audits en wettelijke verplichtingen in handen en stemt af met externe accountants en fiscale partners.
  • Je leidt het jaarlijkse budgetproces en actualiseert omzet-, resultaat- en cashflowforecasts, zodat het management onderbouwde beslissingen kan nemen.
  • Je werkt samen met afdelingsverantwoordelijken om budgetten op te volgen, prestaties te analyseren en financiële inzichten te vertalen naar concrete acties.
  • Je bewaakt cashflow, werkkapitaal en bankrelaties en ondersteunt investeerdersrapportering en toekomstige financieringstrajecten.
  • Je levert financiële analyses voor pricing, investeringen, internationale uitbreiding en mogelijke overnames.
  • Je verbetert en automatiseert financiële processen en systemen, zodat de financefunctie efficiënt meegroeit met de organisatie.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je hebt 5 tot 8 jaar ervaring in finance, accounting, audit of FP&A, met ervaring in een internationale omgeving.
  • Je combineert een stevige boekhoudkundige basis met analytisch inzicht en sterke communicatievaardigheden.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en voelt je thuis in een ondernemende omgeving waar je zowel uitvoert als processen opbouwt.
  • Je hebt ervaring met moderne ERP- en planningtools en interesse in automatisering en AI.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Engels. Professioneel Nederlands en/of Frans is een plus.
  • Ervaring binnen SaaS of technologie en kennis van recurrente omzetmodellen en SaaS-KPI's zijn extra troeven.
