Als Finance Manager werk je binnen een dynamische en snelgroeiende organisatie en speel je een cruciale rol in het financiële beheer van de diverse vastgoedportefeuille. Je bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor de business en denkt mee over strategische beslissingen op basis van financiële inzichten. Daarnaast krijg je de ruimte om je breed te ontwikkelen en ben je betrokken bij het initiëren én financieel onderbouwen van uiteenlopende projecten en businesscases. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Financiële Rapportage : Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden van maandelijkse accounting en rapportage voor verschillende entiteiten van de groep in Nederland, zowel volgens Dutch GAAP als IFRS. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle financiële gegevens nauwkeurig worden vastgelegd en gerapporteerd. - Jaarafsluiting : Je bereidt jaarafsluiting rapportages voor en zorgt ervoor dat alle vereiste documentatie tijdig en nauwkeurig wordt ingediend. - Fiscale Naleving: Je houdt toezicht op de naleving van...
