Neem de financiële leiding in handen binnen een familiaal groeibedrijf

Ben je een ervaren finance professional met een stevige expertise in boekhouding, rapportering en financiële analyse? Heb je daarnaast de ambitie om een leidinggevende rol op te nemen en op termijn de eindverantwoordelijkheid van de financiële afdeling te dragen?

Voor een sterk groeiend familiebedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Finance Manager in groeitraject. Je krijgt de unieke kans om gedurende een inwerkperiode nauw samen te werken met de huidige Senior Finance Manager, waarna je de functie volledig overneemt.

Jouw uitdaging

In deze sleutelpositie combineer je operationele financiële expertise met een strategische kijk op de organisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het boekhoudkundig team en ondersteunt het management met heldere financiële inzichten en analyses.

  • Samen met je team zorg je ervoor dat alle financiële processen correct, efficiënt en tijdig verlopen.
  • Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
  • Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van het boekhoudkundig team
  • Eindverantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor de boekhouding van meerdere vennootschappen
  • Coördineren van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen
  • Opstellen en controleren van btw-aangiftes, balansen en jaarrekeningen
  • Uitwerken van financiële analyses en managementrapporteringen
  • Optimaliseren van financiële processen en intercompany facturatie
  • Adviseren van directie en management op basis van financiële inzichten
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor auditors, fiscalisten en externe partners
  • Onderhouden van contacten met banken en financiële instellingen
  • Actief meewerken aan strategische projecten en groei-initiatieven
  • Ondersteunen bij businessplannen, investeringsdossiers en kredietaanvragen

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een ervaren financiële professional die graag ownership neemt en vlot schakelt tussen operationele taken en strategische vraagstukken.

Jouw profiel

  • Masterdiploma in een financiële of economische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 8 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen finance, accounting of controlling
  • Sterke kennis van boekhouding, fiscaliteit, btw en afsluitingen
  • Ervaring met het aansturen en coachen van medewerkers
  • Analytisch sterk en in staat complexe cijfers om te zetten naar bruikbare inzichten
  • Hands-on ingesteld en oplossingsgericht
  • Communicatief sterk en een volwaardige gesprekspartner voor directie en externe stakeholders
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en een uitstekende kennis van Excel
  • Ervaring met businessplannen, financiële projectanalyses en kredietaanvragen is een belangrijke troef
