Voor een internationale en groeiende B2B-organisatie zoeken we een Finance Manager die strategisch inzicht combineert met een hands-on aanpak. Een sleutelrol voor een finance professional die niet alleen cijfers analyseert, maar ook actief wil bijdragen aan de verdere groei en professionalisering van de organisatie.

Jouw uitdaging

  • Als Finance Manager neem je de verantwoordelijkheid over de financiële rapportering, afsluitingen en financiële processen binnen verschillende entiteiten.
  • Coördineren van maand- en jaarafsluitingen en meewerken aan de financiële verwerking.
  • Opmaken en analyseren van managementrapporteringen.
  • Ondersteunen van het budget- en forecastproces.
  • Opvolgen van cashflow, treasury en de financiële gezondheid van de organisatie.
  • Voorbereiden van jaarrekeningen, audits en fiscale aangiftes.
  • Fungeren als sparringpartner voor management en andere afdelingen.
  • Optimaliseren van financiële processen, rapportering en digitale tools.
  • Meebouwen aan de verdere professionalisering van de finance-afdeling.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen Finance, Accountancy of Economie.
  • Ruime ervaring binnen finance, controlling of financieel management.
  • Sterke kennis van rapportering, fiscaliteit en financiële analyses.
  • Analytisch sterk en in staat om cijfers te vertalen naar concrete acties.Hands-on ingesteld en bereid om operationeel betrokken te blijven.
  • Zelfstandig, ondernemend en met een sterk gevoel voor ownership.Interesse in digitalisering, automatisering en AI binnen finance is een plus.
