Robert Half is op zoek naar Finance Manager (M/V/X) - Regio Mechelen.

Onze klant is een financieel gezonde en ondernemende organisatie met een familiale sfeer en een sterke aanwezigheid in haar markt.

Volgende taken behoren tot jouw pakket als (M/V/X):

  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CFO en stuurt alle financiële en boekhoudkundige activiteiten aan voor meerdere business units.
  • Je geeft leiding aan een team van 4 accountants, 2 credit controllers en 1 administratief verantwoordelijke, en zet in op coaching en verdere ontwikkeling van je medewerkers.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de maand- en jaarrapporteringen, inclusief consolidatie en diverse verplichte aangiftes zoals btw en andere relevante rapporteringen.
  • Je beheert de volledige boekhouding volgens BE GAAP van meerdere operationele entiteiten en de holding.
  • Je stelt financiële analyses en rapporten op voor de business units en het bestuursorgaan.
  • Je coördineert interne en externe audits en ondersteunt de opmaak van de jaarbudgetten op basis van input vanuit de business units.
  • Je volgt het dagelijkse thesauriebeheer op en maakt maandelijkse liquiditeitsprognoses op.
  • Je identificeert en implementeert verbeteringen in financiële processen en procedures.
  • Je werkt samen met collega's binnen finance aan overkoepelende projecten.
  • Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een hands-on aanpak in de dagelijkse werking.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je behaalde een masterdiploma in een economische richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in boekhouding binnen een grotere kmo-omgeving.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van btw-aangiftes, afsluitingen en algemene boekhoudprocessen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt daarnaast een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en ervaring met MS Dynamics 365 Business Central is een plus.
  • Je bent hands-on, neemt initiatief en voelt je sterk in zowel zelfstandig werk als teamwork.
  • Je bent communicatief, dynamisch en hebt een duidelijke interesse in finance en people management.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, correct en ordelijk.
