Beschrijving Specialist Financiële Leiding & Rapportage: - Fungeren als eerste plaatsvervanger van het hoofd Financiën en bij behoefte invallen. - Verantwoordelijk zijn voor het maandelijkse afsluitingsproces en de nauwkeurigheid, betrouwbaarheid en tijdigheid van de geconsolideerde rapportages op groepsniveau waarborgen. - Opstellen en presenteren van uitgebreide jaarrekeningen, waarbij wordt gezorgd voor naleving van lokale regelgeving en IFRS-normen (IFRS 16). - Leiding geven aan het opstellen en beoordelen van managementrapportages, inclusief KPI-dashboards en afwijkingsanalyses. - Zorgen voor naleving van btw-aangiften en belastingaangiften, en het samenstellen van auditdocumentatie voor externe accountants beheren. Controlling en analyse: - Het budgetteringsproces aansturen door de input voor de planning te coördineren en afwijkingsanalyses uit te voeren met belangrijke stakeholders. - Financiële prestaties beoordelen, belangrijke trends interpreteren en inzichten verschaffen ter ondersteuning van strategische besluitvorming. Proces- en systeemoptimalisatie: - Leiding geven aan de evaluatie en verbetering van boekhoud- en financiële processen, zoals de afsluiting, facturering, bankzaken en budgetbewaking....
