Functieomschrijving Als Finance Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële organisatie van La Providence. Je ontwikkelt financieel beleid, bewaakt de planning- en controlcyclus en zorgt voor betrouwbare financiële rapportages. Ook houd je je bezig met interne beheersing, risicomanagement en compliance. Je rapporteert aan de bestuurder en maakt onderdeel uit van het managementteam. Vanuit die positie denk je mee over organisatiebrede vraagstukken en adviseer je de bestuurder en het MT op basis van financiële analyses en rapportages. Je bent daarmee niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor Finance & Control, maar hebt ook een brede blik op de organisatie en haar ontwikkeling. Daarnaast geef je indirect leiding aan de organisatorische eenheid Finance & Control. Daaronder vallen onder andere de financiële administratie, zorgadministratie, P&O-administratie, planning & roostering en het functioneel applicatiebeheer. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Je ontwikkelt financieel beleid, begrotingen en meerjarenramingen en bewaakt de planning- en controlcyclus. - Je adviseert de bestuurder en het MT over financiële resultaten, ontwikkelingen en risico's. - Je beoordeelt businesscases en investeringsanalyses en neemt namens de organisatie deel aan de auditcommissie van...
