Je nieuwe werkomgeving

Je komt terecht bij een Belgische familiale groep die hoogtechnologische precisieonderdelen ontwerpt en produceert voor grote internationale spelers in de lucht- en ruimtevaart en defensie. De groep telt enkele honderden medewerkers met productie in Europa, de VS en Azië, en houdt het volledige proces in eigen huis, van R&D tot verzending. De Belgische site telt een honderdtal medewerkers en een kleine, hechte bediendenpopulatie.

Als Finance Manager maak je deel uit van het lokale managementteam en rapporteer je aan de plant manager, met een dotted line naar de CFO van de groep. Je werkt nauw samen met de business controller van de groep en met het shared service center in het buitenland. Leidinggevende ervaring is geen vereiste: je stuurt lokaal één medewerker aan en coördineert dagelijks drie collega's in het shared service center.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluiting en bewaakt de kwaliteit en timing ervan.

  • Je volgt AP, AR, btw en de algemene boekhouding op en neemt waar nodig zelf operationele taken vast.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte statutaire rapportering en de naleving van de Belgische boekhoudregels en interne controles.
  • Je maakt de management rapportering op en licht afwijkingen tegenover budget en vorig jaar toe.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de externe audit.
  • Je stuurt een lokale medewerker aan en coördineert dagelijks het shared service center.
  • Je werkt met de groepsfinance samen aan budget en forecast en volgt het werkkapitaal op met supply chain en aankoop.
  • Je haalt meer uit SAP en de rapporteringstools en denkt mee in de transformatieprojecten van de groep.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma in boekhouden, fiscaliteit, finance of een verwante richting.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een statutaire of boekhoudkundige rol, bijvoorbeeld als senior accountant, chief accountant of accounting manager, of via een audit- of accountantskantoor.
  • Je kent de afsluitingsprocessen van binnen en buiten.
  • Ervaring met SAP is een dikke plus, net als ervaring in een productieomgeving.
  • Leidinggevende ervaring is niet nodig, maar je hebt wel zin om een team aan te sturen.
  • Je houdt het overzicht, verliest je niet in details en kan prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je bent positief ingesteld en gaat vlot om met verandering.
  • Je werkt vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
