Jij krijgt onder meer een vast contract, een auto van de zaak en een salaris tussen €3.200 - €6.500. Jouw rol - Als Finance Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren en het aansturen van de dagelijkse Finance operatie; - In je rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren van procesoptimalisaties; - Je stuurt teams aan en stelt financiële rapportages en budgetten op; - Je controleert de algehele financiële administratie rond de maand- en jaarafsluitingen; - Je stelt gedetailleerde financiële rapportages op en verwerkt de salarismutaties en de administratie rondom pensioenen. Jouw profiel Jij bent een proactieve Finance Manager die beschikt over sterke communicatieve en leidinggevende capaciteiten. Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent accuraat, weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen en je begrijpt waar je mee bezig bent. Integriteit, flexibiliteit en resultaatgericht is een vereiste.
