Breng jij graag structuur aan en wil je bouwen aan een financiële afdeling die meegroeit met de organisatie? Als Finance Manager bij ContactCare krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over de volledige financiële functie: van afsluitingen en administratie tot stuurinformatie, data en ondersteuning van de directie. Functieomschrijving ContactCare is een facilitaire klantenserviceorganisatie die sinds 2009 klantcontact verzorgt voor verschillende opdrachtgevers zoals Bolletje en Videoland. Ze groeien hard en willen de financiële afdeling verder professionaliseren en volledig insourcen. Een deel van de werkzaamheden ligt nu nog bij een externe Financial Controller en de CEO is zelf nog sterk betrokken bij Finance. Als Finance Manager neem jij die verantwoordelijkheid over en bouw je als rechterhand van de CEO verder aan een zelfstandige financiële afdeling. Je bent daarbij nadrukkelijk een meewerkend voorman of voorvrouw, waarbij je drie direct reports aanstuurt. Je zorgt dat de financiële basis klopt, brengt discipline en structuur aan en pakt werkzaamheden zelf op waar dat nodig is. Tegelijkertijd ontwikkel je de afdeling verder en zorg je dat Finance steeds meer bijdraagt aan de besluitvorming binnen de organisatie. Mensen, processen en systemen zijn daarbij de belangrijkste pijlers. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Je stuurt het Finance-team aan en werkt zelf actief mee binnen de financiële operatie. - Je neemt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen en haalt deze werkzaamheden naar binnen. - Je brengt structuur aan in financiële processen, interne beheersing en de inrichting van AFAS en verbetert deze waar nodig. - Je zorgt voor betrouwbare rapportages, forecasts en financiële stuurinformatie voor...
