Onze klant in de regio Genk is een stabiele organisatie met ambitieuze plannen. Om de verdere groei financieel in goede banen te leiden, zijn we op zoek naar een Hands-on Finance Manager.

In deze brede functie neem je de verantwoordelijkheid over de volledige financiële werking. Je combineert accounting en controlling met rapportering, analyse en procesoptimalisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met het management en krijgt de ruimte om de financiële werking verder te professionaliseren.

Ben jij een ervaren finance professional die graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt, ownership neemt en tegelijk graag meedenkt met het management?

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je neemt de dagelijkse financiële werking op en bewaakt de correcte verwerking van de boekhouding.
  • Je staat in voor de maandelijkse closing en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige rapportering.
  • Je bereidt de jaarrekening, btw-aangiftes en vennootschapsbelasting mee voor.
  • Je werkt mee aan het budgetproces en volgt de financiële prestaties en afwijkingen nauwgezet op.
  • Je analyseert de resultaten en vertaalt financiële inzichten naar duidelijke aanbevelingen voor het management.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met externe partners zoals auditors, banken en andere financiële partijen.
  • Je analyseert bestaande financiële processen en neemt initiatief om deze efficiënter en meer geautomatiseerd te maken.
  • Je ondersteunt bij diverse financiële projecten en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor collega's en het management.
  • Je neemt waar nodig ook bredere administratieve dossiers op die aansluiten bij de financiële werking.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je behaalde je master/bachelor in een financiële richting of beschikt over relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 6 jaar relevante ervaring binnen accounting, controlling of een brede financefunctie.
  • Je hebt een sterke boekhoudkundige basis en vindt het belangrijk om zelf operationeel betrokken te blijven.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en werkt zelfstandig en proactief.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en weet financiële cijfers te vertalen naar concrete inzichten.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en ervaring met een ERP-systeem.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en weet deadlines te bewaken.
