Jobomschrijving

  • Beheren van de volledige financiële administratie, inclusief facturatie en betalingen
  • Opvolgen van openstaande posten en proactieve communicatie richting interne stakeholders
  • Onderhouden van contacten met banken, accountants en externe partners in binnen- en buitenland
  • Coördineren van fiscale en sociale verplichtingen in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat
  • Beheren van verzekeringsdossiers en financiële contracten
  • Uitwerken van cashflowanalyses en liquiditeitsplanning
  • Adviseren van het management op basis van financiële inzichten en veranderende wetgeving
  • Meewerken aan de implementatie en optimalisatie van een nieuw ERP-systeem
  • Afstemmen van de boekhouding tussen Belgische en buitenlandse entiteiten, inclusief intercompany en btw-verwerking

Must haves

  • Masterdiploma in Finance, Economie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 7 jaar ervaring binnen finance of accounting
  • Sterk analytisch inzicht en oog voor detail
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Frans
  • Zelfstandig, gestructureerd en proactief ingesteld
  • Combinatie van operationele hands-on mentaliteit en strategisch inzicht

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen (bij voorkeur Business Central)
  • Kennis van grensoverschrijdende btw en intercompany processen
  • Ervaring binnen een KMO- of bouwomgeving
  • Interesse in digitalisatie en procesoptimalisatie
