Voor een toonaangevend hoogtechnologisch productiebedrijf regio Brugge gaan we vanuit Robert Half in bevoorrecht partnership op zoek naar een:

FINANCE MANAGER (m/v/x)

Functie

Als Finance Manager (m/v/x) speel je een sleutelrol in het transformatie/professionaliseringstraject waarin onze klant zich bevindt. Je staat in voor de volledige financiële werking van de Belgische site en bent business partner voor het lokale management:

  • Je coördineert de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluiting ism het SSC.
  • Verzekeren van correcte en tijdige rapportering van P&L, balans, cashflow en working capital.
  • Ondersteunen van budgetten, forecasts en lange termijnplanning.
  • Analyseren van afwijkingen ten opzichte van budget, forecast en YoY.
  • Opvolgen van operationele prestaties en kostenstructuren.
  • Kritisch beoordelen van financiële resultaten.
  • Zorgen voor naleving van Belgische boekhoudkundige regelgeving, interne controles en groepspolicies.
  • Coördineren van statutaire verplichtingen, btw-aangiftes en andere wettelijke rapporteringen.
  • Fungeren als key contact voor auditors en externe adviseurs.
  • Bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van heldere en performante managementrapportering, onder meer rond sales, EBITDA, net profit en free cash flow.
  • Financiële informatie vertalen naar duidelijke, bruikbare business insights voor het lokale leadership.
  • Operationele teams ondersteunen in het begrijpen van rendabiliteit, productiviteit, voorraadopbouw en cash drivers.
  • Financiële maturiteit en bewustwording binnen de organisatie versterken.
  • Inzichten geven in voorraadbewegingen, productieperformance en operationele factoren die cashflow beïnvloeden.
  • Deelnemen aan finance transformatie- en optimalisatieprojecten.
  • Ondersteunen van de verdere uitrol en verfijning van SAP-processen.
  • Bijdragen aan de opzet van efficiënte basisrapporteringen.
  • Helpen uitwerken en implementeren van duidelijke policies en werkafspraken.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor/Master in Accounting/Finance.
  • Min. 8-tal jaar expertise in finance management/controlling/accounting.
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een sterke troef.
  • SAP-kennis is een grote plus.
  • Sterk analytisch, hands-on en pragmatisch ingesteld.
  • Voldoende senioriteit/maturiteit om management te durven challengen.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
