Notre client est une organisation bruxelloise à impact social, active dans plusieurs projets favorisant l'inclusion et l'accès à l'emploi. Avec une équipe d'environ 60 collaborateurs, elle évolue dans un environnement multiculturel, engagé et en pleine évolution.

Afin de renforcer son département financier, l'organisation recherche aujourd'hui un Finance Manager capable de superviser la fonction financière tout en restant proche des opérations.

Votre fonction

En tant que Finance Manager, vous êtes responsable du bon fonctionnement quotidien de la finance et accompagnez la direction dans le pilotage de l'organisation.

Vous assurez le suivi des chiffres, préparez les budgets et reportings et coordonnez les différents interlocuteurs externes. Vous êtes également impliqué dans le suivi administratif et financier des différents projets.

Vos responsabilités

  • Superviser la comptabilité et les opérations financières en collaboration avec le comptable externe ;
  • Préparer les clôtures mensuelles et annuelles et assurer le suivi des différentes écritures et contrôles ;
  • Élaborer le budget annuel, suivre les dépenses et revenus et analyser les écarts ;
  • Préparer des reportings financiers réguliers à destination de la direction ;
  • Assurer le suivi de la trésorerie et des flux financiers ;
  • Gérer les dossiers de subsides : préparation des budgets, suivi financier et justification des dépenses ;
  • Préparer les informations nécessaires aux audits et contrôles externes ;
  • Suivre les obligations administratives et financières et veiller au respect des procédures internes ;
  • Identifier les écarts, risques ou anomalies et proposer des solutions concrètes ;
  • Participer à l'amélioration des processus et outils financiers.

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d'un Master en finance, économie, gestion ou d'une expérience équivalente ;
  • Vous avez une expérience confirmée en finance, comptabilité ou contrôle de gestion ;
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec le budgeting, le reporting et l'analyse financière ;
  • Vous êtes structuré, autonome et capable de gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément ;
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le néerlandais et le français ;
  • Vous êtes sensible aux environnements multiculturels et au contexte bruxellois.
