Dan is de rol van Finance Manager bij PREMIUM Liften iets voor jou. Your role Als Finance Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige financiële administratie en stuur je het finance team aan. Je zorgt voor een betrouwbare financiële basis, denkt mee over verbeteringen en bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor de directie. - Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan het finance team en weet collega's te motiveren, coachen en verder te ontwikkelen; - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een juiste, tijdige en volledige financiële administratie; - Je stelt maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen op en bewaakt de financiële planning en controlcyclus; - Je analyseert financiële resultaten en vertaalt deze naar heldere managementinformatie en adviezen; - Je optimaliseert financiële processen en ziet kansen om efficiënter te werken; - Je werkt dagelijks met AFAS en denkt actief mee over de verdere inrichting en optimalisatie van het systeem; - Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor accountants, fiscalisten en andere externe partijen; - Je bewaakt liquiditeit, budgetten en financiële risico's en zorgt ervoor dat de organisatie financieel in control blijft.
