The posting

Voor een snelgroeiende en internationaal ambitieuze scale-up zijn we op zoek naar een Finance Manager die finance niet alleen beheert, maar ook mee richting geeft aan de verdere groei van de organisatie. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Managing Director, werkt nauw samen met de CEO en maakt deel uit van het managementteam. De rol is breed en ondernemend: van financial reporting en cashflow tot funding, legal, tax, governance en strategische projecten. Voor de juiste persoon is er bovendien duidelijke doorgroeimogelijkheden richting CFO.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Je neemt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid over finance, tax, legal en purchasing-gerelateerde topics binnen de organisatie.
  • Je treedt op als ondernemende businesspartner en adviseert management en CEO bij financiële en juridische beslissingen.
  • Je ondersteunt de strategie en beoordeelt nieuwe businessmodellen en projectvoorstellen.
  • Je ontwikkelt financieringsstrategieën via onder meer kapitaalrondes, bankfinanciering, exportfinanciering en subsidies.
  • Je bewaakt tijdige en correcte financiële rapportering en cashflowplanning richting CEO, management en board.
  • Je staat in voor budgettering, forecasting en ad-hoc financiële analyses.
  • Je coördineert de oprichting en structurering van joint ventures, SPV's en dochterondernemingen, zowel nationaal als internationaal.
  • Je denkt mee over fiscale structuren, transfer pricing en compliance.
  • Je implementeert tools, processen en policies die nodig zijn om mee te groeien met de organisatie.
  • Je bepaalt mee welke finance-expertise intern wordt opgebouwd en waar externe partners worden ingezet.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met accountants, juristen, fiscalisten, banken en andere externe partners.
  • Je bouwt samen met de CEO mee aan sterke relaties met investeerders.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in Finance, Economie of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen een scale-up, groeibedrijf of ondernemende omgeving.
  • Je bent sterk in zowel strategisch denken als operationele uitvoering.
  • Je brengt structuur in een dynamische omgeving en kunt meerdere prioriteiten tegelijk managen.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, hands-on en organisatorisch sterk.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders en voelt je comfortabel op managementniveau.
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Engels.
  • Je werkt proactief, bent stressbestendig en neemt vanzelfsprekend ownership.
  • Je combineert een sterk financieel IQ met voldoende EQ om mensen mee te krijgen.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving met directe communicatie, open feedback en weinig corporate lagen.
