Versterk ons Finance team in Hoofddorp als Finance Medewerker (24 uur per week). Stefan Wiewel Resource Coordinator Jouw aandeel in de bouw van een Feadship De Voogt Naval Architects telt 150 collega's. Wij doen het design, de basic engineering en alle berekeningen die nodig zijn voor de custom-built superjachten van Feadship. Daar draag ook jij aan bij. Je zorgt samen met je collega's voor een goedlopende en tijdige financiële administratie. Dit ga je doen als Finance medewerker (allround) Als Finance medewerker ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen onze organisatie. Zonder een accurate en efficiënte financiële administratie blijft geen enkel bedrijf draaien. Je komt in een leuk, klein en sociaal team te werken. En voert vooral onze financiële administratie uit en ondersteunt daarbij. Ook heb je regelmatig contact met diverse leveranciers en interne contacten. Onder jouw werkzaamheden als Finance Medewerker valt onder andere: - Inboeken en coderen van inkoopfacturen en verzorgen van de crediteurenadministratie; - Boeken van journaalposten zoals bankafschriften en afschrijvingen; - Ondersteunen bij de maandafsluiting en controleren van grootboekrekeningen; - Specificaties en aansluitingen opstellen en analyseren; - Actief contact onderhouden met leveranciers en interne afdelingen; - Signaleren van verbeterkansen en bijdragen aan het optimaliseren en verder digitaliseren van financiële en administratieve processen.
