Voor een vooruitstrevende organisatie in media, marketing en communicatie in Amsterdam zijn wij exclusief op zoek naar een Finance Medewerker . Je krijgt direct een breed en afwisselend takenpakket, werkt binnen een ervaren finance-team en krijgt volop begeleiding en ruimte om steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid naar je toe te trekken. Een mooie kans voor zowel een sterke junior/medior als een meer ervaren financieel professional. Jouw rol als Finance Medewerker Als Finance Medewerker ben je breed betrokken bij de financiële administratie en zorg je ervoor dat financiële gegevens zorgvuldig, volledig en tijdig worden verwerkt. Daarmee vorm je een belangrijke schakel binnen finance en lever je direct een bijdrage aan betrouwbare maandafsluitingen en rapportages. Je houdt je bezig met de crediteuren- en debiteurenadministratie, verwerkt bankmutaties en ondersteunt bij bank- en betaalprocessen. Daarnaast pak je grootboekwerkzaamheden op, verzorg je aansluitingen en lever je een actieve bijdrage aan de maandafsluiting. Afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring krijg je steeds meer ruimte om werkzaamheden zelfstandig op te pakken. De financiële administratie is overzichtelijk, maar tegelijkertijd volop in ontwikkeling. Door verschillende entiteiten en veranderingen binnen de organisatie is er voldoende afwisseling en krijg je de kans om verder te kijken dan alleen de dagelijkse verwerking. Je signaleert verbeterpunten en denkt actief mee over hoe financiële processen slimmer, efficiënter en toekomstbestendiger kunnen worden ingericht. Je werkt nauw samen met onder andere de Financial Controller, Financial Accountant en Treasury Manager.
