Werk jij graag met cijfers, duik je met plezier in financiële data en krijg je energie van het verbeteren van processen? Dan is dit een functie waarin Finance en HR samenkomen, maar waarin vooral jouw financiële expertise centraal staat.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Berekenen, controleren en opvolgen van personeelskosten.
  • HR-gerelateerde financiële gegevens verwerken en analyseren.
  • Rapporteringen opmaken rond onder andere personeelskosten, budgetten, FTE's en afwezigheden.
  • Afwijkingen in cijfers of gegevens tijdig detecteren en verder onderzoeken.
  • Ondersteunen bij budgettering en financiële analyses rond personeel.
  • Bestaande processen kritisch bekijken en voorstellen doen om de financiële opvolging efficiënter en professioneler te maken.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de CFO en de algemeen boekhouder.
  • Een bacheloropleiding binnen Finance, Accountancy, Bedrijfsmanagement of een vergelijkbare richting vormt een goede basis.
  • Een eerste stevige ervaring binnen Finance is belangrijk. Ook een relevante stage kan voor een sterk profiel voldoende zijn.
  • Cijfers schrikken je niet af. Integendeel: analyseren, controleren en verbanden ontdekken geeft je energie.
  • Excel beheers je vlot en nieuwe financiële of HR-systemen maak je je snel eigen.
  • Kennis van sociale wetgeving of ervaring met HR-projecten is een pluspunt.
  • Nederlands beheers je zeer goed. Frans en Engels zijn mooi meegenomen.
  • Zelfstandig werken gaat je goed af, terwijl je tegelijk vlot samenwerkt met collega's.
