Robert Half is op zoek naar een Finance Officer (M/V/X). Je speelt een centrale rol binnen de financiële afdeling van deze internationale speler met 150 jaar expertise.

In deze functie combineer je een analytische blik met een sterke operationele mindset. Je volgt klantbetalingen op, beheert kredietlimieten, bewaakt de liquiditeit en onderhoudt contacten met klanten, banken, verzekeraars en interne stakeholders.

Volgende taken behoren tot jouw pakket als Finance Officer (M/V/X):

  • Dagelijks beheer van de liquiditeiten en bankrekeningen van de organisatie.
  • Verwerken en boeken van dagelijkse bankverrichtingen, zowel inkomende als uitgaande betalingen.
  • Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van betalingsruns, inclusief leveranciersbetalingen en internationale transacties.
  • Opstellen en actualiseren van cashflowprognoses die rekening houden met seizoenpieken binnen productie en verkoop.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met banken en kredietverzekeraars en opvolgen van financieringen en garanties.
  • Voorbereiden van rapporten, analyses en syntheses voor het management.
  • Optimaliseren van bestaande processen en tools en meewerken aan verbeteringsprojecten.
  • Dagelijkse opvolging van openstaande klantenposten en uitvoeren van betalingsherinneringen.
  • Analyseren van kredietwaardigheid en bepalen van gepaste kredietlimieten in overleg met Finance & Sales.
  • Onderhandelen over betalingsvoorwaarden en opstellen van haalbare betalingsplannen.
  • Up-to-date blijven met ontwikkelingen in kredietbeheer, financiële analyse en treasury.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor of graduaat diploma in financiën of boekhouden, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je beschikt reeds over een eerste ervaring(+- 2 jaar) in credit control, treasury of financiële administratie.
  • Spreekdurf Frans!.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en oog voor detail.
  • Je bent professioneel en assertief in communicatie, met respect voor de klantenrelaties.
  • Je bent integer in het omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je bent proactief en hebt een oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid
