The posting

Als Finance Officer neem je de boekhoudkundige en controllingactiviteiten voor België op binnen een groeiende internationale farmaceutische onderneming. Je rapporteert aan de Finance Director voor België, Frankrijk en Nederland.

Je combineert de dagelijkse boekhouding en afsluiting met verkoopanalyses, voorraadopvolging, budgettering en forecasting. Daarnaast ondersteun je het management met financiële inzichten en aanbevelingen en werk je samen met de supply- en commerciële teams.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Correct en tijdig boeken van leveranciersfacturen.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers.
  • Onderhouden en actualiseren van klant- en leveranciersgegevens.
  • Verwerken van onkostennota’s van medewerkers.
  • Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van leveranciersbetalingen.
  • Bewaken van tijdige betalingen.
  • Dagelijks verwerken van bankverrichtingen en rapporteren van banksaldi.
  • Boeken en afpunten van klantenbetalingen.
  • Registreren, boeken, reconciliëren en rapporteren van financiële boetes.
  • Uitvoeren van afsluitingswerkzaamheden, waaronder afschrijvingen en overlopende kosten.
  • Opstellen en analyseren van wekelijkse en maandelijkse verkooprapporteringen.
  • Berekenen, boeken en analyseren van kortingen en rebates binnen de bruto-netto-omzetberekening.
  • Reconciliëren, analyseren en rapporteren van voorraden.
  • Berekenen van voorraadvoorzieningen.
  • Analyseren van voorraadtekorten.
  • Ondersteunen bij plannen voor de afbouw van voorraden, samen met de supply- en commerciële teams.
  • Aanleveren van financiële analyses en aanbevelingen aan het management.
  • Fungeren als financiële businesspartner.
  • Verzorgen van standaardrapporteringen en ad-hocanalyses over personeelsbezetting, operationele kosten en de winst-en-verliesrekening.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor de planning- en controlcyclus, inclusief budgetten en forecasts.
  • Een bachelordiploma in finance is vereist.
  • Minstens vijf jaar ervaring binnen finance vormt de basis voor deze functie.
  • Ervaring in een multiculturele omgeving geniet de voorkeur.
  • Microsoft Office beheers je goed, met een gevorderde kennis van Excel.
  • Boekhoudkundige principes zijn je vertrouwd.
  • Ervaring met en affiniteit voor ERP-systemen zijn belangrijk.
  • Kennis van SAP vormt een pluspunt.
  • Inzicht in BI-tools zoals Power BI en automatisering binnen finance biedt ondersteuning bij je werk.
  • Ervaring binnen een farmaceutische onderneming is een troef.
  • Engels, Nederlands en Frans beheers je uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Een georganiseerde en efficiënte aanpak helpt je om je werklast te plannen en te bewaken.
  • Je neemt zelfstandig initiatief en volgt je verantwoordelijkheden actief op.
  • Teamgericht werken combineer je met de flexibiliteit die nodig is om belangrijke taken af te ronden.
