Als Finance Officer volg je de dagelijkse financiële administratie van een vzw op en adviseer je Brusselse jeugdhuizen over hun financiën. Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met jonge vrijwillige penningmeesters en rapporteert aan de coördinator.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de jaarlijkse begroting.
  • Opmaken van de financiële jaarrekening.
  • Opvolgen van de financiën aan de hand van vaste controlepunten.
  • Betalen en inboeken van facturen in het boekhoudprogramma.
  • Verzorgen van de dagelijkse financiële administratie.
  • Opmaken van de financiële verantwoording van subsidiedossiers.
  • Adviseren van de penningmeesters van de Brusselse jeugdhuizen.
  • Ondersteunen van penningmeesters bij hun dagelijkse financiële administratie.
  • Begeleiden van de jeugdhuizen bij het opstellen van hun begroting.
  • Uitvoeren van halfjaarlijkse financiële controles.
  • Ondersteunen bij het opmaken van de jaarrekeningen van de jeugdhuizen.
  • Rapporteren aan de raad van bestuur.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met de externe boekhouder.
  • Onderzoeken van alternatieve financieringsbronnen en projectoproepen.
  • Uitwerken van een systeem voor fondsenwerving.
  • Schrijven en financieel verantwoorden van subsidiedossiers.
  • Controleren of de verzekeringen van de jeugdhuizen in orde zijn.
  • Openen en opvolgen van verzekeringsdossiers in samenwerking met vrijwilligers.

Minstens drie jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.

Ervaring binnen een vzw in de jeugd- of socioculturele sector is een pluspunt.

Bachelordiploma in Boekhouding, Bedrijfsmanagement of Financieel-Economisch Management is een voordeel.

Ervaring met boekhouding en financiële administratie.

In staat om budgetten en jaarrekeningen op te stellen.

Ervaring met het schrijven en verantwoorden van subsidiedossiers.

In staat om beleidsmatige dossiers mee uit te werken.

Sterk analytisch inzicht.

Georganiseerde en gestructureerde werkhouding.

Resultaatgericht en overtuigend.

Zelfstandig, proactief en flexibel.

Teamgericht en collegiaal.

In staat om vlot met collega’s en jonge vrijwilligers samen te werken.
