Voor een gerenommeerde productiespeler in de regio West-Vlaanderen zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een Credit Control & Finance Officer om het finance team te versterken. Dit bedrijf heeft een sterke marktpositie opgebouwd in de voedingssector en staat wereldwijd bekend om zijn kwaliteitsvolle producten. Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de financiële opvolging van debiteuren, crediteuren en cashflowplanning - dit is de kern van jouw rol (ca. 60% van de tijd).
  • Je biedt ondersteuning bij kwartaalafsluitingen, financiële rapportering en audits (ca. 20%).
  • Je verzorgt all-round administratieve en operationele ondersteuning, onder andere rond fleet en verzekeringen (ca. 20%).
  • Je fungeert als ERP Key User: jij bent het interne aanspreekpunt voor het ERP-systeem en draagt bij aan een optimaal gebruik ervan.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de collega die instaat voor de algemene boekhouding en de externe finance consultant.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in een economische richting; een specialisatie in accountancy of fiscaliteit is een mooie troef.
  • Je hebt een eerste relevante werkervaring achter de rug en bent klaar voor een volgende stap in jouw loopbaan.
  • Je hebt een stevige kennis van boekhouding en werkte al met een ERP-systeem.
  • Je beheerst Microsoft Office vlot en blinkt uit in Excel op gevorderd niveau.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Engels.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, accuraat en gestructureerd - en je durft kritisch te kijken naar cijfers en processen.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die ook proactief initiatief neemt en een digitale mindset heeft.
