Zo helpen we publieke organisaties hun maatschappelijke waarde vergroten. Wat gaat goed en wat kan beter? In deze functie zorg je dat de financiële en operationele zaken soepel verlopen. Als finance & operations coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële administratie, projectadministratie en managementrapportages. Daarnaast zorg je voor een goede IT-ondersteuning en denk je actief mee over het verbeteren van processen. Omdat dit een nieuwe functie is, krijg je veel ruimte om processen verder te professionaliseren en de rol mede vorm te geven. Dit ga je doen: - Je bent hoofdzakelijk verantwoordelijk voor de financiën. Het doel is zorgen voor een actueel en accuraat inzicht in de financiële situatie van KWINK. Het takenpakket is divers. Het houdt in dat je zorgt voor het behandelen en laten betalen van facturen, het onderhouden van contact met onze accountant, het verzorgen van de BTW-aangifte, maar ook het opstellen van financiële rapportages en ondersteuning bij het opstellen van de begroting. - De project- en medewerkersadministratie is een ander groot onderdeel van je takenpakket. Het gaat om het bijhouden van overzichten van projecten van adviseurs, het ontwikkelen en bijhouden van dashboards in Excel en het ondersteunen van de teammanagers bij het in dienst treden van medewerkers. - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor IT-vraagstukken en onderhoudt contact met onz...
