The Corner Office begeleidt de zoektocht naar een Finance Operations Manager voor een succesvolle en internationaal actieve producent binnen de pharma-industrie. In deze sleutelpositie krijg je de kans om de financiële werking verder te professionaliseren en een actieve bijdrage te leveren aan de ambitieuze groeiplannen van de onderneming.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige financiële luik. Je combineert boekhoudkundige werkzaamheden met financiële analyses, rapportering en strategische ondersteuning van de CEO. Je werkt nauw samen met alle afdelingen binnen het bedrijf en bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor het management.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: Accounting

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse boekhouding (AP/AR)
  • Opvolgen van betalingen, BTW-aangiftes en maandafsluitingen
  • Contact met externe partners voor audit, jaarafsluit en jaarrekening
  • Bewaken & optimaliseren van financiële processen & controles

Financieel management & controlling

  • Opstellen & opvolgen van cashflow- en liquiditeitsplanningen
  • Analyseren van brutomarges & commerciële resultaten
  • Uitwerken van managementrapportering
  • Voorbereiden van businessplannen & investeringsdossiers
  • Contact voor banken, subsidiepartners en externe financiële stakeholders
  • Financiële ondersteuning bieden bij nieuwe projecten & investeringsinitiatieven

Procesoptimalisatie & digitalisering

  • Optimalisatie van SAP-gebruik binnen de organisatie
  • Uitwerken van efficiënte financiële & operationele workflows
  • Identificeren & oplossen van verbeterpunten binnen voorraad- en rapporteringsprocessen
  • Meedenken over digitalisering, automatisering en toekomstige BI-oplossingen
  • Je beschikt over een stevige achtergrond binnen boekhouding & finance
  • Je hebt idealiter ervaring in een productie- of industriële omgeving
  • Je combineert operationele nauwkeurigheid met analytisch inzicht
  • Je begrijpt hoe cashflows, kostprijzen en marges een bedrijf beïnvloeden
  • Je voelt je thuis in een KMO-context waar je als enige finance verantwoordelijke werkt
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen (bij voorkeur SAP) is een sterke troef
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma is mooi meegenomen, maar ervaring & maturiteit zijn belangrijker
