Voor een groeiende en gespecialiseerde onderneming in de regio Boechout, actief in de technische handel, zijn wij op zoek naar een Finance & Operations Officer die het team structureel komt versterken. Een bedrijf in volle transitie waar jij van bij de start een tastbare bijdrage levert.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je staat in voor de volledige dagelijkse financiële verwerking in Business Central, van het boeken van aankoopfacturen over de verkoopfacturatie tot de verwerking van bankafschriften en lonen
  • Je voert wekelijks de betalingsrun uit voor leveranciers en bewaakt de openstaande klantentegoeden door proactief contact op te nemen en betaalafspraken op te maken en op te volgen
  • Je ondersteunt de operations manager bij de dagelijkse werking door aankoopbestellingen op te volgen, leverbons te matchen en stockcorrecties te verwerken
  • Je volgt transport, leveringen en dienstenleveranciers op en beheert creditnota's voor europaletten

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma of een gelijkwaardig niveau en beschikt over minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen een financieel-administratieve functie
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig en schakelt vlot tussen uiteenlopende taken
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en voelt je even goed thuis in een individuele rol als in een teamomgeving
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands; een basiskennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central of een vergelijkbaar ERP-systeem is een pluspunt
