Finance & Operations Specialist - Roltex

Cijfers die kloppen én een bedrijfsvoering die soepel loopt. Als finance & operations specialist bij Roltex in Nuth zorg je dat de financiële en operationele kant van drie bv's op elkaar aansluiten. Je verwerkt en controleert de administratie, houdt debiteuren en crediteuren scherp in de gaten en voorziet het management met heldere rapportages van inzicht. Hoe ziet jouw rol in het team eruit?

De boekhouding van drie bv's vormt de basis: verwerken, controleren en zorgen dat alles klopt. Btw-aangiften stel je op en dien je in. En je houdt overzicht over openstaande facturen bij zowel klanten als leveranciers. Cijfers vertaal je naar rapportages en advies richting het management – gevraagd én ongevraagd.

Daarnaast pak je uiteenlopende operationele zaken op. Je regelt abonnementen en contracten rond betalingen – een onderdeel dat steeds verder groeit. En je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de leasecontracten. De onboarding bij de verschillende payment providers (Rabobank, Fiserv, CCV, Pay, Shift4) verzorg je, net als het opzetten en onderhouden van financiële koppelingen bij klanten. Ook losse zaken zoals verzekeringen, een stukje HR-administratie en af en toe ondersteuning aan frontoffice horen erbij.

Er loopt een overgang naar Odoo, met ruimte voor verdere automatisering – ook met AI. Je denkt actief mee over hoe die processen slimmer kunnen. Je rapporteert aan Chantalle, die jou ook inwerkt, en aan Stan. Vanuit je rol schakel je met alle lagen van het bedrijf: van de technische collega's tot sales, en van de twee collega's op frontoffice tot het management. Zo verbind je de financiële administratie met de dagelijkse operatie. En het team? Groot genoeg om nooit alleen te staan met een vraagstuk, klein genoeg om iedereen bij naam te kennen.
