In een professionele en groeiende vastgoedomgeving krijg je een sleutelrol binnen de financiële opvolging van meerdere vennootschappen. De functie combineert analytische diepgang met procesoptimalisatie en nauwe samenwerking met het management.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opstellen, opvolgen en valideren van budgetten per vennootschap.
  • Bewaken van KPI’s en financiële performantie.
  • Analyseren van afwijkingen tussen budget, forecast en realisatie.
  • Ondersteunen bij reforecasting en financiële planning.
  • Valideren van de boekhouding en corrigeren van fouten.
  • Coördineren en ondersteunen van maand‑ en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Fungeren als inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor collega’s binnen finance.
  • Zorgen voor correcte en tijdige financiële rapportering.
  • Opstellen van managementrapporteringen en KPI‑rapporten.
  • Aanleveren van financiële informatie aan het management.
  • Meewerken aan de verdere uitrol en optimalisatie van Power BI‑dashboards.
  • Verbeteren en structureren van financiële processen en rapporteringsmethodes.
  • Samenwerken met interne stakeholders rond processen, tools en rapportering.
  • Ondersteunen van change‑trajecten en sensibiliseren van collega’s rond KPI‑gebruik.
  • Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring als Financial Controller of Auditor.
  • Sterk analytisch inzicht en expertise in budgettering, afsluitingen en rapportering.
  • Ervaring met financiële tools en rapporteringssystemen, bij voorkeur Power BI.
  • Coachende en ondersteunende houding in optimalisatie‑ en change‑trajecten.
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands; kennis van Frans en Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Hands‑on ingesteld, nauwkeurig, proactief en oplossingsgericht.
  • Sterke people skills en een mensgerichte aanpak.
