Over de organisatie

Onze klant is een internationale speler met een professionele en collegiale werkomgeving. Om het Finance-team van 4 personen verder te versterken, zijn zij op zoek naar een Finance & Process Specialist in Diegem. Je rapporteert aan de financieel directeur voor een aantal Europese landen vanuit dit Belgisch hoofdkantoor.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Finance & Process Specialist combineer je Finance met procesverbetering, compliance en digitalisering. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor verschillende fiscale en wettelijke verplichtingen, waaronder btw- en Intrastat-aangiftes, en werkt mee aan de jaarrekening en vennootschapsbelasting. Daarnaast fungeer je als key user voor Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Je test nieuwe functionaliteiten, denkt mee over efficiëntere processen en vertaalt de noden van Finance naar praktische systeemoplossingen. Je vormt ook de schakel tussen Finance, medewerkers en externe IT-partners. Je volgt IT-projecten en verbeterinitiatieven op en denkt actief mee over verdere digitalisering. Tot slot ondersteun je het Finance-team als back-up voor onder andere maandafsluitingen, reconciliaties, audit, budgettering en forecasting.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een master Handelswetenschappen/TEW of een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit met relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen Finance of Accounting.
  • Je hebt interesse in fiscale compliance, ERP-systemen en procesverbetering.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met IT en digitalisering.
  • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en organisatorisch sterk
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is een groot pluspunt.
  • Kennis van Power BI, gevorderde Excel of AI-toepassingen binnen Finance is een troef.
  • Je hebt een zeer vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en een vlotte kennis van het Frans en het Engels.
